Sylonow — on-demand services platform, built end to end

Four products under one roof: customer app, vendor app, admin back-office and web portal. I designed the order flow first, then built every layer of it.

  • Customer App (Flutter) — booking, service catalogs, SMS OTP verification
  • Vendor App (Flutter) — real-time order dispatch, earnings tracker, push notifications
  • Admin Panel (Supabase) — vendor KYC, commission rates, dispute resolution
  • Web App (Next.js 16) — real-time slot scheduling, interactive service catalogs

The problem

Wedding vendors were losing bookings they never saw — enquiries died in inboxes, calendars lived in people's heads, payments ran on trust. I saw a simple product hiding inside that mess.

What I built

I drew the order state machine on paper before writing code — every state, every failure path — then built the apps, the admin back-office, payments and notifications on top of it.

What went wrong

My first version was over-built. Users ignored most of it. The fix was cutting down to one flow: find a vendor → check availability → book → pay. Everything that mattered survived the cut.

What I learned

Shipping small and listening beats building big and hoping. And that I love the engineering as much as the founding — which is why my next chapter is deeply technical work.

Sylonow · On-demand Services Ecosystem

Built the entire platform infrastructure from scratch: dual Flutter apps for customers and vendors, Supabase admin back-office, and Next.js web portal. Owned order state machines, payment orchestration, and push delivery pipelines — onboarded 500+ vendors and processed ₹13L+ in transaction volume.

About me

Portrait of Sangamesh

I started with "what problem is worth solving?" — not "which framework should I learn?" That question became Sylonow, and building it made me an engineer who cares about the whole picture: the user, the business, and the system underneath.

Since then I've kept building across every layer: an enterprise React Native monorepo, a parking ecosystem across three apps, an AI voice-dictation engine for Windows, and e-commerce platforms. Different domains, same approach — understand the problem, design the system, ship it.

What you get if you hire me

Ships end to endMobile to backend to deployment. Give me a problem, not a ticket — I'll figure out what's worth building and build it properly.
Proven 0 → 1I've taken an idea to a revenue-generating platform with real users. I know the difference between "works on my machine" and "works for a vendor on a Sunday morning."
AI-native, hand-verifiedAI tools are part of my daily workflow — it makes me faster, not sloppier. Engineering judgment still makes every decision.

"I don't want to just write code. I want to understand what I'm building."

Simplest version first.Ship the smallest thing that tests the idea. Everything else is speculation wearing a costume.
Users over opinions.Watching what people do beats asking what they want. Behaviour is data; feedback usually arrives late.
Failure is tuition.Every wrong assumption in Sylonow made the next decision cheaper. I'd rather learn at ₹100 than at ₹10,000.
